I enjoy cooking dinner for my family, but sometimes I’m so busy, that’s why I’m always on the lookout for quick and easy dinner recipes. It’s great to have a few meal ideas that are easy to prepare. Here are some quick and easy dinners anyone can make. These dinners don’t call for too much effort or cooking skill, so try them all!

1. Spaghetti

I’m sure spaghetti is a staple in most households. It’s one of those meals that you can really keep easy. Start with boiling your noodles, then brown some ground beef and add some sauce. You can also try to make your own sauce. Even with a good recipe or a little practice, it should be a cinch!

2. Chicken noodle soup

My family likes chicken noodle soup and I cook it for dinner very often. It’s really quick and easy to make. Usually, I have some cooked chicken leftover, but if I don’t, I buy a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store.

So, take the chicken and add it to a pot with chopped onion, celery, and carrots, then fill the whole thing up with water and chicken broth. When the soup starts to boil, add the noodles and continue to cook until the soup is done.

3. Pizza

Need a quick and easy dinner idea the children will love? Why not make pizza at home? I like to use tortillas for pizza.

At the end of the week I usually gather all the leftovers, take different meats and vegetables and use them as toppings. Not only your kids will enjoy such dinner, but you and your hubby too!

4. Roast beef

Many people make roast beef look very complex and delicious, but if you have a good, slow cooker it’s not difficult at all. Cut up some carrots, potatoes, onion, and celery. Place them in the bottom of your slow cooker.

Now season your meat with a little salt, garlic, and pepper. I like to add some Worcestershire sauce to it, so you can try it too.

5. Chili

For my family, a big pot of chili with a little cheese is an easy and perfect dinner! Take a pound of browned meat, and then add in 2 cans of diced tomatoes and 2 cans of chili beans. Flavor and let it all stew together. This is so simple, isn’t it?

6. Quesadilla

Quesadilla can also be an easy dinner idea. I always call this meal Mexican grilled cheese. I often make it, because my family really enjoy such dinner!

In a nonstick frying pan place 1 tortilla down, add cheese on the top, and cover it with the second tortilla. Once it starts to brown, flip it over. You can also add leftover taco meat, chicken, salsa, or veggies.

7. Baked chicken

Finally, the last easy and very healthy dinner idea is baked chicken. Take a chicken, season it however you like it, and bake it till the juice runs clear. Meanwhile, you can cook a pot of brown rice and steam some veggies. This is so easy and quick and goes down a real treat!
