2. Banana Mango Avocado Green Smoothie
A healthy green smoothie is the perfect energy-boosting treat.
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup mango chunks, frozen
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 1 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Few drops of stevia extract or other sweeteners (optional)
