4. Raspberry Coconut Smoothie

This smoothie takes it over the top with the addition of coconut butter and coconut milk.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 4 T coconut butter (shredded coconut work too)
  • 1 T chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients in the blender and blend for about 60-90 seconds until smooth.
