3. Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie

It’s almost like a mix between a smoothie and a milkshake.


  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches or pineapple
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed optional


  1. Place banana, Greek yogurt, milk, flaxseed, and about half of the frozen fruit in a blender.
  2. Mix until smooth and then add the rest of the frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.
