3. Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie
It’s almost like a mix between a smoothie and a milkshake.
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches or pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed optional
- Place banana, Greek yogurt, milk, flaxseed, and about half of the frozen fruit in a blender.
- Mix until smooth and then add the rest of the frozen fruit. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
