1. Smoky Gluten-Free Barbecue Sauce


Easy smoky gluten-free barbecue sauce recipe to serve as a marinade, dressing, or dip! Try and enjoy it!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups organic ketchup (make sure it is gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon natural liquid smoke
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients in a pot on the stove and heat on high until it starts to boil.
  2. When it boils, turn the heat to low, whisk the ingredients together and simmer for 5 minutes or until it begins to thicken.

2. Peach-Mustard Barbecue Sauce


This awesome sauce is perfect for chicken and you don’t forget the unique way it tastes.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup whole grain mustard
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 cup peach jam or preserves
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon
  • 1/2 teaspoon  kosher salt
  • 2 minced garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a pot.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, then add the vinegar and boil for 4 minutes.
  3. Whisk in the mustards and the jam and simmer about 1 minute.
  4. Turn off the heat and add the bourbon and salt and blend.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or container.
  2. Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to use.

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon meat tenderizer
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and blend well to mix the flavors.

5. Mango Habanero Barbecue Sauce


Mango and habanero is a pretty hot combination, so this is a recipe you’ll need to try.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups roughly chopped peeled fresh mango
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped habaneros chiles
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1  onion, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil over medium heat in a pot and cook the onion for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for an extra 30 seconds.
  3. Add the mangoes, mango juice, tomato sauce, brown sugar, honey, vinegar, molasses, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, habaneros, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Puree the sauce until smooth.
