Method:
Make the chicken breast in to Piccatta (Chicken Butterfly). Marinate the chicken with mustard, herbs, seasoning, olive oil and herb oil.

Stuff the chicken with mozzarella, chicken ham and sage with Parmesan, make it as a roulade.
