– 4-5 pound boneless pork shoulder
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
– 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
– 2 tablespoons liquid smoke (optional)
