– 8 ounces penne pasta – 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 1 onion, diced – 2 cups fresh spinach leaves

– 1 cup heavy cream – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning – Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
