7. Sandwich cookies with blueberry cream

For blueberry cream, cook ½ cup of fresh blueberries, a tablespoon of water, 3 tablespoons of sugar, a tablespoon of fresh lime juice and a pinch of cornstarch in a saucepan.

Simmer on low heat until it forms a soft paste. Blend this mixture in a blender and cook some more until the mixture thickens. This cream goes well on any kind of cookie.
