5. Melon mozzarella salad
You’ll need 3 types of melon: cantaloupe, watermelon, and honeydew melon. Cube enough to fill 3 cups each and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle chopped basil, 2 tablespoons of honey, jalapeno, salt, and crumbled mozzarella over the fruit pieces. Toss well and serve.
