4. Grilled garlic potato
Start with medium-sized baking potatoes. Slice them and lay them out over aluminum foil on a grill. Place slices of onion and butter among the potato slices and garnish with minced garlic, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
With another sheet of aluminum foil covering the ingredients, you set the grill to high heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Finally, take off the aluminum, sprinkle the potatoes with shredded cheddar cheese and cook some more until the cheese melts.
