6. Cajun Chicken Breasts

  • 2 boneless chicken breast fillets, cut in half horizontally
  • ¼ c. Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Rub the chicken completely with Cajun seasoning and place in a shallow container. Drizzle with oil and marinate overnight.

Heat the grill to medium high heat and grill the chicken for three minutes per side or until cooked through.
