6. Peas and cheese
Open 10 pods of snap peas and throw the peas in a bowl. Melt an ounce of goat cheese in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds, keeping an eye on it to make sure that it doesn’t overheat and separate.
Roll the peas in the cheese and serve. Even with melted cheese, this recipe doesn’t go over 100 calories. You can try other salad vegetables, too – carrots, celery and so on.
