8. Grilled peach

Cut up large peaches in half and take the pits out. Place them on a grill with the cut side down, and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Put them on a plate and dress them with a sprinkling of lemon juice and cinnamon. Top off with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. It’ll add no more than 100 calories to your diet.
