2. Greek Yogurt Pancakes with Banana and Honey
These pancakes are perfect for both dieters and non-dieters. If you watch your calorie intake, use 2 egg whites instead of one large egg, and any fat-free yogurt you like. When I make Greek yogurt pancakes for my niece, I usually top them with some nuts and chocolate as well as banana and honey. She has a huge sweet tooth!

Ingredients:
- 5.3-oz container Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, or 2 egg whites
- 1/2 large banana
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- nuts, chocolate, optional
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt and egg until smooth. Add baking soda and flour, stirring until the batter is smooth and thick.
Preheat a large pan or griddle to medium heat. Spray it with nonstick spray. For each pancake, spoon or scoop 1/4 cup batter onto your pan and cook until lightly brown. Top your pancakes with sliced banana and honey. You can also add chocolate and nuts.
