9. Grilled Potatoes

Herbed potato slices go very well with any other grilled dish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs large potatoes
  • ¼ c. fresh herbs, parsley, chives, oregano, etc.
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 c. olive oil

Preheat your gill to medium high. Slice the potatoes lengthwise into half inch thick slices. Boil these for 10 minutes and drain. Mix the herbs, oil and garlic, along with salt to taste. Toss the potato slices in the herb butter and grill for five minutes, turning as needed.
