  • 2 lb. potatoes, boiled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • Salt to taste

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add the potatoes and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown on the underside.

Stir the fries frequently and sprinkle with salt and Cajun seasoning. Continue to fry until all sides are browned. Serve hot.
