Ingredients:

  • 6 slices banana bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. milk

Beat the eggs and milk together. Coat a slice of bread on both sides with the egg mixture and cook in a medium hot pan until the egg is set. Flip and cook the other side until done. Serve with syrup.
