8. Tomato Tart

A premade crust speeds this dish up tremendously.

Ingredients:

  • 1 premade pie crust
  • 1 lb. tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ¼ c. milk
  • Salt

Preheat the oven to 425°.

Mix all the filling ingredients together and pour into the pie crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is set.
