Although more and more often it’s possible to find great gluten free mixes, rarely are they refined sugar free, too. I love convenience, but not at the cost of nutrition. Note: I reuse jars that contain nuts and rice. They are perfect for mixes and other bulk ingredients I buy.

2. Ingredients for Homemade Gluten Free Brownie Mix
- 4½ Tbsp tapioca flour
- 4½ Tbsp arrowroot powder
- 3 Tbsp almond flour
- 1½ cup cocoa powder
- 1½ tsp xanthan gum
- 2¼ cup coconut palm sugar
3. Directions:
- Mix ingredients with a whisk.
- Store in an air tight jar.
- To make: add ½ cup coconut oil, 1½ tsp vanilla, 2 eggs and 1 cup coarsely chopped pecans to 1½ cups mix.
