- 1 wheel double-cream Brie cheese (8 oz.)
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- Crackers (for serving)
- Bread (for serving)
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the Brie on the baking sheet. Spoon the apricot preserves on top and smooth into an even layer. Lay the rosemary sprig in the center of the wheel.
