- 4 chicken thighs (skinless)
- Cooking spray
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray liberally with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium mixing bowl combine the salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
