2. Ingredients for Parmesan Baked Chicken Tenders
- 1 lb. chicken breast tenderloins
- 1 tsp. salt (for chicken)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt (for breading)
- Canola oil cooking spray
3. Directions:
3.1 Preheat
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
3.2 Prep
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Season the chicken tenders with the salt and pepper.
Place the flour in a medium bowl. In a second bowl, whisk the egg until smooth. In a third bowl, combine the panko, Parmesan, and salt.
