2. Ingredients for Roasted Sweet Potato Fries with Chipotle Aioli

  • One large sweet potato (about 1 lb.)
  • Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can chipotle peppers in adobo

3.1 Preheat

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

3.2 Prep

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges approximately 3/4 inch thick.

Place the sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Use a rubber spatula to toss the sweet potatoes until they are evenly coated in the oil.

Arrange the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet, spreading them out as much as possible.
