3. Crockpot Pulled Chicken
Serve pulled chicken on a roll or over rice.
- 4 large boneless chicken breasts
- 1 c. chicken stock
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, chopped
Put everything into the slow cooker. Cook on low for eight hours. Cool and shred the chicken and stir it into the sauce before using.
