1. Quick summer shrimp

Heat ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil in a skillet on a high flame. Stir-fry 3 cloves of chopped garlic, red pepper flakes, and paprika. Toss 2 pounds of jumbo shrimp in the dressing and add lemon juice. When the shrimp turns a bright pink after 2 minutes of cooking, turn the heat down and add basil, salt, and pepper.

2. Easy-peel shrimp

Boil 2 pounds of peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp for 3 minutes. Transfer the shrimp to ice water to quickly cool them. Drain the water and add olive oil, salad dressing, pepper, and garlic. Let the mixture stand for an hour.
