4. Japanese garlic shrimp
Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, garlic, minced onion, onion powder, turmeric, curry powder, cayenne, basil, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Thoroughly mix ½ cup of breadcrumbs in and leave in the refrigerator. Cut shrimp lengthwise and split open.
Pack a little of the mixture in each shrimp and coat all over the outside, as well. Place shrimp in a skillet with sesame oil and cook at high heat with a lid on, for 5 minutes.
