9. Grilled peanut shrimp
This recipe takes some inspiration from Vietnamese cuisine. Whisk lime zest, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar in a bowl. Toss a pound of jumbo shrimp in this dressing and cook on a grill, giving 3 minutes to aside. Once the shrimp is off the grill, toss in a mixture of fish sauce, peanuts, and cilantro, and serve.
