– 2eggs – ½cup softened butter – 1¼cups sugar – 1teaspoon vanilla extract – ½cup milk – ½teaspoon salt

– 2cups flour – 2teaspoons baking powder – 3teaspoons sugar – 2cups blueberries, washed, drained and picked over

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).  In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and 1¼ cups sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add vanilla. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.

Crush ½ cup blueberries with a fork, and mix into the batter. Fold in the remaining whole berries.

Line a 12 cup standard muffin tin with cupcake liner. Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 of the way full.
