2 egg 1 cup milk 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, or vegetable oil 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Ingredients:

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add milk, melted butter, and egg; mix until smooth.

Set aside for 30 mins to rest if you have time, or start cooking straight away.

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease pan with butter or spray with cooking oil.

Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook your pancakes for 2-3 min on each side until golden.

Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with honey, maple syrup, fruit, ice cream or frozen yoghurt, or enjoy plain!
