– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 1 cup all-purpose flour – Salt and pepper, to taste – 4 tablespoons olive oil – 4 tablespoons unsalted butter – 1 cup chicken broth

– 1 cup white wine – 1 lemon, juiced – 3 tablespoons capers, drained – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – Fresh parsley, for garnish
