1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 chopped brown onion, fine 2 smashed garlic cloves 1.5 cups freshly made breadcrumbs 500g minced beef regular

300 g of minced pork and veal 1 gently beaten egg Wholegrain mustard, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, two teaspoons 1/3 cup tomato sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar

Cooking the meatloaf uncovered is an option. To prevent the meatloaf from burning, you can cover it with foil for the first 45 minutes and then remove it for the last 15 minutes, allowing the top to brown.
