– 4 boneless chicken breasts – 4 garlic cloves, minced – 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes – 4 ounces cream cheese, softened – 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 1

Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound to an even thickness.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix together the garlic, red pepper flakes, cream cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Spread the mixture over each chicken breast and roll up tightly, securing with toothpicks.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat each chicken breast in flour and brown in the skillet on all sides.

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

While the chicken is baking, prepare the sauce by whisking together the chicken broth, white wine, and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until the butter is melted and the sauce is heated through.
