– 1 cup vegetable broth
– 1 tsp. dried thyme
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 3 cups mashed potatoes
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Instructions:
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the onion is translucent.
