1. Pineapple Mango Rum Punch

Try this yummy fruity rum drink recipe and imagine yourself on the beach.

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz of pineapple coconut juice
  • 3 oz of coconut rum
  • 1 oz of mango juice
  • 1 oz of orange juice
  • lime slices and/or orange zest for garnish
  • edible flowers for garnish
  • splash of grenadine mainly just for looks

Directions:

  1. Combine all juices and rum. Then stir and pour over ice.
  2. Add a splash of grenadine for color.
  3. Add lime, orange zest, and/or edible flowers for garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 750 ml bottle of light rum
  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • lime slices, frozen cranberries, and fresh mint for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat water and sugar together; add mint. Heat sugar mix on medium until sugar breaks down and mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat and let cool.
  2. Combine rum, juice, water, and simple syrup in a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Garnish with lime slices, frozen cranberries, and fresh mint.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 strawberries
  • 1 juicy lemon
  • 1.5 ounces gin
  • 1-ounce simple syrup

Directions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker mix strawberries, simple syrup, and juice from 1 lemon.
  2. Add ice and gin to shaker, shake for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Pour contents of the shaker into the glass, adding more ice if necessary.
  4. Garnish with a lemon and serve.
