- 1 beef stock cube
- 1 dl. milk
- 1 beer
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 cup port wine
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Hot chili, to taste
- 2 slices bread
- Ham, to taste
- Sausages, to taste

3. Directions:
- Dissolve the cornstarch well with the milk in the food processor bowl. Add the beer, bay leaves, margarine, port wine, cornstarch, tomato paste, and chili. Grind.
- In a saucepan, heat the mixture until it boils and thickens a little, always stirring so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
- Make a sandwich with the bread, ham, sausages, roast beef, and cover with cheese.
- Place in center of a plate, and sprinkle with the sauce.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese melts, and turns golden brown.
