Can also use arrowroot in place of cornstarch as an alternative. To replace arrowroot for potato starch use 1 teaspoon less. Given 3 teaspoons equals 1 tablespoon, substitute 1 tablespoon of potato starch with 2 teaspoons of arrowroot starch.
