– Rinse, remove stem, and dice the strawberries and muddle them on the side of a glass with a spoon to squish them and release the juices.  Or just add them diced into the glass. Pour in water, and squeeze the juice from a thin slice of lemon then add the lemon slice to the glass and fresh mint.
