- 1/2 stalk celery
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 2 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup hot buffalo sauce (Ex: Frank’s Original Red Hot)
