- nonstick cooking spray
- 4 Granny Smith apples (large)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 lemon
3. Directions:
3.1 Preheat
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
3.2 Prep
Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Peel and core the apples. Slice them into 1/4-inch thick pieces, and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the apples with the melted butter. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Toss with a rubber spatula until the apples are evenly coated in the sugar mixture.
