2. Ingredients for Easy Baked Collard Chips
- 1 medium bunch collard greens
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 pinches salt (for greens)
- Salt (to taste)

3.1 Preheat
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
3.2 Prep
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
Remove stems from the collard greens and cut leaves into 1.5-inch pieces. Place approximately 4 cups of leaves in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over leaves and toss to coat. Arrange the leaves in an even layer on the baking sheets, spreading them out as much as possible. Sprinkle the salt evenly over the leaves.
