- 5 sheets phyllo dough
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 wheel double-cream Brie cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
- honey
- Crackers (for serving)
- Bread (for serving)
3. Directions:
3.1 Preheat
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
3.2 Prep
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Working quickly, carefully lay one sheet of phyllo dough on the baking sheet. Spray lightly and evenly with nonstick cooking spray. Lay a second sheet directly over the top, and spray again with nonstick cooking spray. Repeat with the remaining sheets of phyllo.
Place the Brie wheel in the center of the phyllo sheets. Drizzle with honey.
Gather the edges of the phyllo sheets up and around the Brie, bringing them together in the center to create a “sack”. Gently twist the sheets together so they hold.
Brush the phyllo with the melted butter.
