- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (for potatoes)
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 sweet potatoes (large)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

3.1 Preheat
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
