1. Chocolate Chip SunButter Banana Ice Cream

This ice cream is the perfect treat to cool off and feel good for a hot summer day!

Ingredients:

  • 8 bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch coins
  • 1/3 cup water or milk for blending
  • 1/3 cup Natural SunButter
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Directions:

  1. Place sliced bananas on a baking sheet and freeze for about 2 hours.
  2. Once bananas are frozen, add bananas, water or milk, Natural SunButter, and sea salt to a blender. Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a portion container or freezer-safe dish.Mix in chocolate chips.
  4. Freeze the ice cream for at least 4-8 hours, depending on your desired consistency.

2. Nutella Dipped Frozen Bananas

If you like to eat frozen bananas off a stick, this is the recipe for you.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe but firm bananas
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • crushed nuts, coconut, sprinkles for garnish

Directions:

  1. Peel and halve the bananas crosswise and insert a popsicle or lollipop stick into each half.
  2. Place the bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll each banana in the Nutella or spread using a small spatula.
  4. Garnish with nuts, coconut, or sprinkles if you wish.
  5. Place the bananas back on the parchment-lined sheet and return to the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.

3. Bailey’s Banana Colada

This frozen cocktail is so creamy and so delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 1/2 oz. banana liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1 1/2 oz. coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Add ice and blend.

4. Frozen Chocolate Covered Banana Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup refined coconut oil melted
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon powdered sugar or 1/2 powdered and 1/2 granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice ripe bananas into 1/4 inch rounds and place them on a cookie sheet.
  2. Freeze the banana slices on the cookie sheet for at least 1 hour.
  3. Melt the coconut oil, and mix in the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt until it’s well combined.
  4. Take the frozen bananas out of the freezer and dip them in the chocolate.
  5. Put them back in the freezer for at least 1/2 hour to refreeze them.

5. Banana Strawberry Chia Smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 3/4 cup strawberries, frozen

Directions:
