1. Chocolate cups
Heat a saucepan over a medium flame and add ⅔ cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, a pinch of salt, a cup of whole milk and 4 well-beaten egg yolks.
Stir constantly for 15 minutes. When you turn off the flame, add in ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, 6 ounces of bittersweet chocolate and a teaspoon of cocoa powder. Mix well and serve chilled in glasses.
