10. Mango gratin
Chop up a peeled mango into bite-sized pieces. Place the pieces in individual glass bowls and add in a touch of lime zest. Add yogurt, brown sugar, butter and lemon juice. Place in an oven and broil for 3 minutes until the topping melts to form a delicious, gooey mixture.
