Ingredients:

  • 2 cans chunk white tuna
  • ¼ cup basil pesto sauce
  • ½ cup sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup jarred roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • French bread rolls
  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • Sliced green bell peppers
  • Sliced tomato

In a bowl, combine tuna, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, red peppers, mayo, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Layer on warm French bread rolls with lettuce, green pepper and tomato slices.
