1. Basil Pesto

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ – 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Ingredients:
- 2 slices Texas toast or Italian bread
- 1 tablespoon softened (not melted) butter
