3. Strawberries dipped in chocolate
It doesn’t get much easier than this! You can choose milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate, depending on your taste. To make, wash the strawberries but leave their tops on. Prepare a sheet pan by covering it with wax paper.
Melt your chocolate in a double boiler or zap it for a minute in the microwave. Be sure to stir frequently to avoid burning! Dip the strawberries in the chocolate, then place them on the wax paper. Refrigerate for an hour to cool.

4. Baked apples
Bring out the sweetness of fresh apples by baking them. Choose four tart green apples. Scoop out the core of each apple, leaving a well in the middle of the fruit.
