  • 1/2 cup milk (for chicken)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless, 6 oz. each)
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 8 oz. deli ham (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 10.75 oz. cream of chicken soup (1 can)
  • 1 cup milk (for sauce)

3.1 Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F.

3.2 Prep

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.

Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and add to the milk and egg mixture.

Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Mix the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper together, then pour onto a large plate. Using a slotted spoon, remove the chicken pieces from the egg mixture and transfer to the seasoned breadcrumbs.
