  • 1/2 cup milk (for chicken)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless, 6 oz. each)
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 8 oz. deli ham (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 10.75 oz. cream of chicken soup (1 can)
  • 1 cup milk (for sauce)

3.1 Preheat

Preheat oven to 350°F.

3.2 Prep

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.

Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and add to the milk and egg mixture.

Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Mix the breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper together, then pour onto a large plate. Using a slotted spoon, remove the chicken pieces from the egg mixture and transfer to the seasoned breadcrumbs. Toss with the spoon to fully coat the chicken pieces with the breadcrumbs, then arrange in an even layer in the prepared baking dish
